From Interstate 70 East, take the MO-AA/MO-BB Exit (24) for Grain Valley. At the end of the ramp turn right on Buckner Tarsney Road/MOAA. Turn left at the E Outer Road/E US 40. Continue on the Outer Road to the concrete plant at the end of E Outer Road. The mitigation area is located in the southeast corner of the concrete plant property.
